- Raw Material Inspection
- Dimensional inspection, physical inspection, chemical analysis, product analysis
- Repairing / Reconditioning
- Carried out as per relevant IS / ASTM standards
- Heat Treatment
- Carried out as per the required application and design. The processes of stress relieving, normalizing, hardening and tempering are carried out with appropriate process standards as per ASTM.
- NDT Examination
- Ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, DP testing carried out as per the application of job / equipment, meeting the IS / ASTM standards.
- Final Inspection
- Final inspection with calibrated instruments, conformity with dimensional tolerances in restricted drawings / requirements.
